I have not been happier with a hosting company then I have been with Timberland Hosting. I have been with some of the "Bigger Guys" and Timberland Hosting treats you much better. Support is only via email however I have not had anything bad to say about the support you receive they resolve the problems quickly and they even followed up with me afterward. I have been with them over a year and just paid for another year of service up front. Highly recommended to me and I do the same to my friends and family!
